PVC Lubricant G-60 is based on neutral dicarboxylic acid ester of saturated fatty alcohols. It is white or slight yellow debris or free-flowing powder, odourless. It doesn't dissolve in water but dissolve in tributyl phosphate (TBP) and trichloromethane. Its melting point is 42-48oC,flash point >225oC,volatiles(96 hour/90oC)<1%.

APPLICATION:
G60 is a lubricant used in rigid PVC, it is highly compatible all-round lubricant also suitable for other additives. It is applicable to many kinds of processing conditions. It can be widely used in transparent sheets, window profiles, sheets and pipes. Dosage is about 0.3-1.2PHR, under special case can increase amount.
